Description

We are looking to add a dentist to our growing practice. Located in South Charlotte. You'll be joining other outstanding Drs. Dr Ramos and Dr Phelps and Dr Tang practice all aspects of general dentistry. You'll be able to learn from them, or they can also learn from you. We are all very open minded. You'll have the freedom to treatment plan as you see fit and collaborate with others. Our practice is primarily PPO based, about 75% and 25% FFS, no HMOs, or medicaid. ,

Some of the highlights of our practice 

- iTero 5D for intraoral scanning

- CBCT for 3D xrays

- Several Implant kits for guided surgeries and sinus lifts

- digital sensors

High Patient Volume and New Patient Flow

- averaging 80 New patients a month

Dr. Ramos and Phelps are both part times at our office. Dr Alina works full time. We're looking to add a part timer or full timer to the office. We are flexible in the offering as Dr. Tang will dial down his days as needed so he can focus on more admin work and in growing the practice.

Compensation is set at 32% collections no labs. Base will be provided for 3 months until collections catches up. We are open to working on an earned equity model for the right and interested candidate.
