Job Title: Engineering–Manufacturing Coordinator

Department: Engineering / Manufacturing Interface

Location: Dyersville IOWA, or Ramsey, Minnesota, USA 

Work Mode: Work from Office (Manufacturing facility located)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Role Purpose

The Technical Engineering–Manufacturing Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, and CADD teams) and Manufacturing operations for Refrigeration Parallel Racks systems. The role ensures seamless coordination of design release, technical communication, and execution tracking to achieve on-time delivery, manufacturing readiness, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Act as the single point of coordination between Electrical, Mechanical, CADD, and Manufacturing teams.

- Ensure clear communication of design requirements, revisions, and updates.

- Align stakeholders on timelines and deliverables.

2. Project Tracking & Execution Management

- Track projects from design release to manufacturing completion.

- Monitor progress and escalate risks or delays or and provided information requirement to speed up the Manufacturing process.

3. Design Release & Change Management

- Coordinate release of drawings, BOMs, and documentation.

- Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) as per Production requirements.

- Ensure version checks and latest design usage for manufacturing team

4. Technical Coordination Support

- Resolve manufacturing queries via engineering teams.

- Clarify design intent and support DFM alignment.

5. Quality & Process Compliance

- Ensure quality checks during manufacturing for Team India Jobs as per designing intent.

- Track design-related production issues and communicate those back to Team India Engineering Team.

6. Documentation & Reporting

- Provide required information on production-released racks to the India Engineering team and share necessary system details, including photos, upon request.

- Provide updates on projects, progress, risks, and coordination on current working jobs at production lanes.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of Mechanical and CADD processes also minimum knowledge on Electrical for refrigeration systems.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Should have Good Knowledge on Refrigeration Parallel Racks systems

- Familiarity with understanding of drawings and BOMs.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering related field.

- 10–12 years of experience in coordination or production support.

Requirements
