We are currently seeking to hire the following engineering roles:
- 3 Automation Engineers
- 3 Electrical Engineers
- 2 Mechanical Engineers
- 4 Reliability & Maintenance Engineers
The ideal candidate will excel at fostering strong collaboration with Operations and Process Leads to ensure seamless production and exceptional quality. This role requires a proactive approach to teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. - Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in the field of Industrial Manufacturing
- Effective organizational skills and ability to work with different levels of the organization.
- Excellent leadership skills and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good methodical skills for equipment problem-solving and related issues.
- Project management skills
- Result oriented and decision-making capability.
- Ability to legally work in the United State of America
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with design and program logic for PLCs and HMIs (Siemens preferred)
- Steel or Aluminum Rolling process Knowledge
- Proficiency in Historian (ibaPDA systems).
- Experienced in trouble shooting mechanical systems including pneumatics, tooling issues, measurement feedback systems, and basic design robustness.
