About the Role:

The position is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in craftsmanship and have a desire to contribute their skillset in a manufacturing environment. In addition to polishing and buffing parts to a shiny finish, the Buffing and Polishing Specialist will use a computer to manage jobs, conduct quality control on parts and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Polish and buff metal parts to a shiny, high-quality finish.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency.
• Maintain polishing and buffing equipment.
• Perform minor machining tasks including tube cutting.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist machinists and other team members as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail orientation.
• Ability to use computers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortability working in a physically demanding/dirty environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in metal finishing or manufacturing.
