Minimum qualifications:
- Proficiency in MIG Welding
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Ability to lay out a project based on drawings
- Basic shop tool experience including grinders, plasma cutter, torch, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail
- Committed to working safely and organized
- Highly motivated
Experience in the following areas is a plus:
- Forklift operation
- Stick/TIG welding
- CAD
- Commercial Driver's License
