Located throughout Minnesota and North Carolina, our seven plants provide more than 850,000 square feet of technologically-advanced manufacturing space. All have attained or are seeking ISO 9001:2000 compliance or certification. In addition, we have manufacturing engineers at every facility who ensure that we are using the latest manufacturing and management procedures to deliver maximum manufacturing efficiency and quality.
More than 250 CNC machining and turning centers provide flexibility in choice of equipment and scheduling to meet customer's needs, as well as maximum productivity and cost effectiveness. Milling and contouring is available with up to 5 axes. Twin spindles, live tool milling, gantry and other robotic part handling offer productivity enhancements. TEAM offers more than 15 CNC cylindrical, center less, internal, and surface grinders for post heat-treat finishing of bearing journals and other features.

TEAM Industries, Inc. is an engineering-led organization
responsible for total solutions in drive train product design
applications. We pride ourselves on being a truly, “one-stop
outsourcing partner,” as our capabilities include: Design
Engineering, Research & Development, Rapid Prototyping,
Testing, Manufacturing and Assembly. Simply put, we are
a major OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) supplier to
companies such as John Deere, Dana, Honda, Polaris,
Ingersoll-Rand, Textron, and others. We offer solutions to
the following markets: Recreational Vehicles, On/Off-Road,
Agriculture & Construction, and Turf & Garden Care.
TEAM was the dream of founder, Don Ricke, and his wife Beatrice. In 1967,
they started Motek Engineering & Manufacturing, in Cambridge, Minnesota,
with a 5,000-square-foot site. The name has since been changed to TEAM
Industries-Cambridge, and is now 125,000 square feet of office, manufacturing
and warehouse space. The popular demand for snowmobiles in the early
1970’s and the emergence of CNC techniques in manufacturing contributed to
Motek’s early growth. During the 1980’s growth continued due to the production
of parts for transportation, recreation and agricultural industries.
Cambridge is ISO 9001:2000 & 14001 certified. Cambridge has installed an
Environmental Management System to promote and encourage business
practices that are environmentally friendly.
TEAM Industries-Audubon began with a vision Don Ricke had to create
employment opportunities in rural Minnesota. The focus at this TEAM facility
is gear manufacturing. Equipped with the latest in technology, Audubon is a
fully functional, high-quality, high-precision and high-volume gear manufacturing
and heat treat facility. The plant size has grown from 6,000 square feet to
approximately 125,000 square feet and from 5 CNC machines to over 70.
Audubon has gradually developed customers in areas of industry other than
snowmobile and ATV markets in an effort to broaden TEAM’s customer base.
Audubon is ISO 9002 certified.

TEAM Industries-Bagley started in 1987 in Roy Lake, MN. In 1991, a facility
was built in Bagley - Ricke’s hometown. TEAM-Bagley functions as TEAM’s
corporate headquarters. This facility specializes in precision machining,
design engineering and product design services. Prototyping and testing
facilities are also located here. In 1993, the facility added an assembly
department for transmissions, gear selectors and front and rear housings for
Polaris Industries and other OEMs. The Bagley plant has grown to 115,000
square feet, with an additional 22,000 square feet to be added by the Spring of
2005. Bagley is ISO 9001:2000 certified.
TEAM Industries-Park Rapids was opened for operations in July of 1994. It
recently completed its third expansion and now occupies over 124,000 square
feet. This division specializes in CNC mill and lathe machining of aluminum
parts, primarily for the snowmobile and ATV industries. Park Rapids has been
recommended for ISO 9001:2000 certification.
TEAM Industries-Detroit Lakes was formed in November
of 1995. This TEAM facility is devoted exclusively to
aluminum die-casting. The facility consists of 85,000
square feet of manufacturing space.
TEAM Industries-Baxter opened in July 2002. This facility
specializes in short-run, prototype and service part work.
TEAM Baxter has 25,000 square feet.
TEAM Industries-Andrews, located in North Carolina, is the first TEAM
facility outside of Minnesota. Acquired from BRP, Inc. in January 2005, this
outboard engines plant specializes in the manufacturing of spiral bevel gears,
connecting rods and lower unit housings for outboard motors. The facility
boasts 132,000 square feet.
TEAM Industries Aftermarket Division is located in Detroit Lakes. Our
Rapid Reaction™ clutch debuted on race tracks across the country during the
2001 season taking the circuits by storm. High-performance ATV and snowmobile
products are available to the general public through dealers and
distributors.
TEAM Industries Racing consists of ATV racer, David Gordon, and Pro
Snocross Racers, Levi LaVallee (2004 Winter X Games Hillcross Gold Medal
Winner), TJ Gulla (2003 Winter X Games Hillcross Gold Medal Winner) and
Sport Class Racer, Brett Bender. Watch snocross racing action on ESPN,
ABC, OLN or SPEED.
