Company Overview

Kay Manufacturing Company is a non-union shop that has been in business for over 60 years. We are a growing production machining facility, comprised of approximately 85 employees. We develop our programs and processes with our employees in mind. Each person at Kay has access to various methods of communication to offer ideas and suggestions. In addition, we want our employees to feel satisfied about the job they do, and to physically feel good when they go home at the end of the day. It is for that reason that we have many programs, such as ergonomics, implemented into our employees work days. In addition to base pay, an employee at Kay Manufacturing Company earns an additional hourly bonus under our Gainshare program. Every person at Kay has a direct influence upon this hourly bonus. In addition to the hourly Gainshare bonus, there is an Annual Gainshare bonus that is paid when the cost of the shop supplies remains at, or below, a predetermined level.
