Company Overview
Badger Meter has been a company since 1905, and our primary focus as a company is to engineer, manufacture, and market flow measurement devices. We are most widely known for our Utility Water Meters (or the water meter you might find on your home)—this makes up about two-thirds of our business—and we also have a smaller third of our business that focuses on industrial or flow instrumentation metering—which is the same idea—you’re still measuring, monitoring, and controlling the flow of a substance, but instead of in the utility water industry, they serve industries such as oil/gas, construction, automotive, aerospace, etc.
We are headquartered in Milwaukee, WI and have additional manufacturing locations in Racine, WI, Tulsa, OK, Scottsdale, AZ and have additional sales, support, and distribution staff/offices throughout the US. Throughout the US we have about 700 employees, with about 300-350 of those employees based out of our Milwaukee headquarters.
