Company History
The Company was founded in 1942 as Heroux Machine Parts Limited, and later changed its name to Heroux Inc. The Company became public in 1986. In 2000, it acquired Devtek Corporation and the two entities were merged to form Heroux-Devtek Inc., one of the largest second-tier manufacturers in the Canadian aerospace industry.
