The 46-acre S&C headquarters complex is located on Chicago's Far North Side. The company also has facilities in California, Florida, Washington, and Wisconsin, as well as subsidiaries in Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and China.
Company History
In 1911, two innovative engineers began what became S&C Electric Company to manufacture their invention, the first reliable high-voltage fuse. As the privately held company approaches its centennial, S&C continues to focus on research and development and the introduction of boldly innovative products.
